Key Responsibilities

  • Registration of goods to and from the warehouse and workshop.
  • Coordinate receipt control, visual inspections, labelling, and storage of equipment at the base.
  • Perform internal transportation activities.
  • Organise returns of third-party equipment.
  • Contribute to communication and planning between the warehouse and workshop.
  • Ensure equipment is delivered according to internal and external requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Trade certificate in Logistics (Fagbrev).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate closely across departments.
  • Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Valid driver's licence and certificates for travelling crane (G4), forklift, narrow-aisle forklift and side forklift/stacker forklift (T3, T4, T5, T8).
  • General computer skills are required.
  • Good Norwegian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
