Fleet Sales Coordinator

  • Travvia
  • Auckland, New Zealand
  • NZD 60,000 – NZD 70,000

Are you organised, commercially minded and great with people?

Do you enjoy managing multiple priorities, building relationships and seeing things through from start to finish?

At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re looking for a Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our Assets team.

This is an exciting opportunity to turn our fleet into value by coordinating our fleet of used Motorhomes and Campervans, from assessment and preparation through marketing, sale, settlement and handover. Working across Assets, Operations, Finance, suppliers and customers, you’ll keep vehicles moving, sales on track and deliver the best practical return on every vehicle.

Your Journey on the Road

Get Vehicles Sale-Ready

You’ll coordinate vehicles through every stage of the disposal journey by maintaining the forward pipeline and allocating vehicles to the right channel — retail, wholesale, dealership or auction. You’ll coordinate inspections, condition reports, photographs and vehicle movements, ensuring each vehicle is properly assessed and sale-ready.

You’ll coordinate approved make-good and refurbishment work with branches, suppliers and external partners, tracking costs, timelines and quality. Maintain sale-readiness checklists, follow up actions and escalate delays, unexpected costs or issues.

Turn Vehicles Into Sales

You’ll create and maintain engaging listings across Travvia’s website, Trade Me and other sales channels, ensuring pricing, specifications and vehicle information are accurate and current. Manage enquiries, qualify buyers, coordinate viewings, follow up leads and negotiate offers within your authority.

Deliver a Seamless Handover

You’ll coordinate sales through settlement and handover with Operations and Finance, ensuring documentation is complete and cleared funds are received. Support post-sale enquiries and ensure issues are tracked and resolved professionally.

Keep Everything Accurate and Compliant

You’ll maintain vehicle records, inspection reports, contracts and service documentation, ensuring relevant compliance requirements are met. Provide clear reporting on the disposal pipeline, sales activity, costs and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

Essential:

  • Automotive, fleet, vehicle sales or similar experience
  • Vehicle compliance knowledge
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence handling sales conversations and negotiating with customers
  • Strong attention to detail across documentation, pricing and financial information
  • Confidence with spreadsheets, digital platforms and fleet management systems
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and to Australia

Desirable:

  • Used vehicle sales or vehicle listing experience
  • Trade Me or online vehicle sales experience
  • Refurbishment, logistics or vehicle movement coordination experience

The Person We’re Looking For

Commercially minded – you understand that every vehicle represents an opportunity to create value.

Customer focused – you build trust and deliver a positive experience from enquiry to handover.

Highly organised – you keep multiple vehicles, stakeholders and deadlines moving without losing the detail.

Proactive – you spot problems early and take action.

A great communicator – you build strong relationships and have the conversations needed to get things done.

Accountable – you take ownership and follow things through.

Adaptable – you thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and every day is different.

Why You’ll Love Rolling With Us

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with Travvia, a growing tourism business operating across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll play a key role in the lifecycle of our fleet, work across the business and make a tangible impact on commercial performance.

You’ll enjoy five days of complimentary van hire each year, plus exclusive travel discounts for you, your family and friends. You’ll be part of a supportive, energetic workplace that celebrates innovation, encourages fresh ideas and empowers driven people to make a real impact.

Most importantly, you’ll be part of a business that helps people create memorable travel experiences — while helping our vehicles begin their next journey.
