Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with proven experience working for a UK- or Australia-based education, study abroad, or student visa company/organization . The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, teams, processes, student cases, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Supervise counselling, admissions, visa, and support teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes .
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Oversee student cases and ensure timely processing and follow-ups.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and CRM management.
• Coordinate with international offices, institutions, partners, and internal departments.
• Handle escalated student and operational issues.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff training.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, study visa, admissions, or international education operations.
• Previous experience working for a UK-based or Australia-based education/study visa organization is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with direct operational experience in an established UK or Australia-based education/study visa organization will be given preference.
