Head of Human Resources

Responsible for leading an HR section or functional unit, managing resources and work plans, ensuring policy compliance and driving achievement of departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Lead an assigned HR function or section.
• Manage resources, priorities and departmental work plans.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor team and functional performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.

General Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
