Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor will supervise technical teams and day-to-day electromechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.

Requirements

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.
• For technical qualification holders, minimum 10 years' total experience.
• 3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.
