Traffic Control Personnel

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Traffic Control Personnel to support safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement across a large-scale operational project in Qatar.

The role will involve managing traffic flow, supporting vehicle movements, maintaining safe access routes and coordinating closely with site operations and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and direct vehicle and pedestrian movement within designated areas.
• Manage entry, exit, parking and traffic-flow points.
• Assist with vehicle queuing and safe movement around operational areas.
• Implement traffic-management and site-safety procedures.
• Maintain clear emergency and operational access routes.
• Coordinate with Security, HSE and Operations teams.
• Identify and immediately report traffic or safety hazards.
• Support temporary diversions, closures and controlled access when required.
• Work outdoors and across shifts as required.
