You will report to Head of HR and be a crucial part of a business-focused HR team, working closely to the business leaders as well as the HR team.

Your areas of responsibility

Talent Acquisition

Initially, you will establish relationships with the hiring managers in our operationally focused teams, such as our warehouse as well as last-mile delivery and consumer facing roles. In these teams, attracting and recruiting the right people is core to secure our daily deliveries to customers. In parallel you will be given the opportunity to recruit other various roles throughout the organisation.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels.
• Understand hiring needs and provide expert recruitment support and guidance to hiring manager.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage talent for future hiring needs.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support and challenge diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.

Hiring & Onboarding

• Coordinate background checks and contract administration.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging preboarding experience.
• Partner with managers to support successful onboarding.

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding communication aligned with our culture vision, Energizing People.
• Create and coordinate content for career sites, social media, and other employer branding channels.
• Build relationships with schools and coordinate talent attraction activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to showcase our culture, employee stories, and career opportunities

Experience & Qualifications

• University degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 5 years ofexperience managing recruitment processes independently with relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in using ATS platforms and digital HR tools.
• Experience working with talent attraction initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Knowledge in Linkedin Recruiter as a sourcing tool, and willingness to learn more about search.
