About this position:
This role is responsible for driving branch performance, supporting sales growth, and ensuring operational compliance across assigned branches. It also plays a key part in coordinating with internal teams and BDMs to deliver effective business results.
Job Descriptions:
- To make sure that responsible branches can achieve target each year
- To boost sales and propose an achievable action plan on how to help branches to reach the top line and bottom line
- To monitor and control branches' operations to ensure that branches have followed the Company’s guideline
- To advise the legal provisions for in-house brokers
- To liaise between other departments and BDMs
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years for insurance background
- Eager to learn new things
- Computer literacy
- English skill is preferable
- Good negotiation skills and problem-solving
- Project – oriented
Work Location : Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, Head office at Jasmin City Building (BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumwit)
