Senior Manager, Program Management
What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process for the Jiku (international products) line of business in Taiwan.
- Ensure quality of catalog onboarding (images, content, titles, translations).
- Manage SLAs and operational metrics.
- Work with multiple stakeholders: Jiku business team, Jiku product team, catalog product team, and compliance stakeholders (e.g., PCO team).
- Oversee AI-assisted translation quality and prevent escalations.
- Identify problems and fix them proactively.
Basic Qualifications
- People leadership and team management.
- Operational process management.
- Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of catalog onboarding (content, images, titles, translation workflows).
- Ability to manage and collaborate with technology/product teams (though not required to be deeply technical).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international product onboarding.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for international/cross-border products.
- Experience managing AI-assisted workflows or translation quality.
