Line Cook

Our kitchen sits inside an entertainment center, so no two shifts look the same. A packed dining room, a company holiday party in the event space, a family reunion, and a birthday rush can all land on the same night. It's real cooking at real volume.

The work

You'll run a station and own it. Prep, cook, plate, keep it clean, keep it stocked. The recipes and the plate standards are set, so you're not guessing what good looks like.

The event side is where it gets interesting. One night it's a corporate party, the next it's a reunion or a team outing, and the menu and pace change with the room. You'll cook things you don't cook on a normal Tuesday.

We watch portions and waste, but not at the expense of what goes out. Nobody here is asking you to send something you wouldn't eat.

Who does well here

Cooks who've spent at least a year on a line somewhere real. Restaurant, hotel, resort, banquet kitchen, it all counts. Culinary training helps but we've hired plenty of great cooks without it.

You read the ticket, you make what's on it to spec, and with attention to presentation and detail. You keep your head when the rail is full. And when the event side gets slammed, you're the kind of person who steps over and helps instead of watching.

ServSafe certification is a plus.

We've grown to 18 locations, which means the business is stable and there's a real path if you want one, but decisions still come from people who know the buildings and the crews. Our kitchen managers came up through kitchens like this one.
