Mililani Area| $17-18.5/hr DOE

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30a-530p

Interested in childcare but don’t have all the credentials yet? That doesn’t have to stop you.

We have a limited number of entry-level Aide positions for candidates who are ready to learn and work toward becoming PATCH qualified.

You’ll have access to:

What You’ll Do

As a Preschool or Toddler Aide, you’ll be part of the team creating a classroom where keiki feel safe, supported, and excited to come each day.

You’ll help:

  • Engage children in art, music, stories, sensory play, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning
  • Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Encourage communication, independence, curiosity, and confidence
  • Comfort children through tough moments and celebrate their accomplishments
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
  • Keep classrooms clean, organized, safe, and ready for learning

Some days will be messy. Some will be loud. Most will go by quickly. And every day, you’ll have the chance to make a difference for a child.

Weekdays Only

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

No nights. No weekends. Just a consistent full-time schedule you can plan around.

What You Need to Get Started

At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A genuine interest in working with young children
  • Dependability, patience, and a willingness to learn
