WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Procurement is delivering a portfolio of technology and process changes that affect how employees across the business buy goods and services, engage external workers, and follow Procurement processes. We are hiring a Transition Manager to lead the people side of that change, including readiness, training, adoption, and communications.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute transition and readiness plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measures
- Identify affected user groups, define what changes for each, and prepare them ahead of go-live
- Develop training content, job aids, and enablement materials in a consistent, reusable format
- Build executive-ready presentations and status materials for Procurement leadership
- Write clear, audience-appropriate communications for employee, stakeholder, and leadership audiences
- Track readiness, escalate risks early, and keep project leads informed of adoption gaps
Role 1: Transition Manager 5
- Coordinate user participation through testing cycles, including scheduling, instructions, and issue follow-up
- Drive readiness for high-impact employee populations most affected by the change
- Partner with our Managed Service Provider on training materials and delivery
- Own go-live readiness for each required Geo release
- Produce and publish weekly communications
WHAT YOU BRING
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of transition management, change management, or organizational readiness experience on enterprise programs
- Proven record preparing large user populations for system or process change, including global or multi-region rollouts
- Strong communication skills. Writing, editing, and audience-specific messaging are required
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and a design background. We expect polished, visually clear materials for executive audiences
- Experience building training content and enablement programs from scratch
- Ability to work independently, set structure where none exists, and move quickly with limited direction
- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams
- Experience with global rollouts across multiple regions and time zones is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is recommended
