This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

A warm and welcoming Mom/Son duo is seeking a dependable, full-time Caregiver/Housekeeper to provide hands-on, in-home support for her and her adult son with special needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is patient, attentive, and comfortable providing hands-on care while respecting the individual’s dignity, comfort, and independence. The ideal caregiver will be someone who listens carefully, follows directions well, communicates openly, and adapts to the family's changing needs and routines.

Experience supporting individuals with physical needs in their own home is highly valued. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings kindness, reliability, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

Schedule

• Day Shift (Monday thru Friday)

• 32-40 hours per week (Full-Time)

• Must remain awake during shifts

Compensation

• $18.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience

• Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking caregivers who are:

• Experienced with Physical Limitations and Adult Mental Health

• Reliable, dependable, and professional

• Patient and respectful of personal boundaries

• Comfortable working in a family-home environment

• Preferably older, experienced caregivers

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include supporting both an adult male with Autism and a family member with physical limitations:

• Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene)

• Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills

• Providing verbal encouragement and motivation

• Assisting with laundry for the household

• Meal prep and cooking

• Light housekeeping and dishes

• Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments

This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
