The Advanced Therapy Center Manager provides strategic, operational, and clinical oversight for Nuclear
Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology services within the practice, ensuring high-quality
patient care, efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance. This role
collaborates closely with physicians, physicists, technologists, nursing, and administrative teams to optimize
patient outcomes, support service line growth, and drive continuous improvement across all advanced therapy
areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES
The responsibilities and duties described in this job description are intended to provide a general overview of the

requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology departments.
- Ensure efficient patient flow, optimized scheduling, and effective resource utilization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices across all modalities.
- Monitor and enhance patient experience, safety, and throughput.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including radiation safety and imaging standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, including performance metrics, outcomes tracking, and patient safety programs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and administration of radiopharmaceuticals and therapeutic agents.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, including staffing, equipment, and supply costs.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue cycle metrics, cost containment, and productivity benchmarks.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment while supporting staff development.
- Partner with leadership and physicians to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, equipment, and service offerings.
- Support outreach and marketing efforts to referring providers and the community.
- Lead the implementation of new programs and service lines.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations related to radiation safety and imaging services.
- Collaborate with Radiation Safety Officers and Medical Physicists to maintain effective safety programs and audit readiness.
- Maintain ongoing readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation surveys.
- Performs other position related duties as assigned.
- Employees shall adhere to high standards of ethical conduct and will comply with and assist in complying with all applicable laws and regulations. This will include and not be limited to following the Solaris Health Code of Conduct and all Solaris Health and Affiliated Practice policies and procedures; maintaining the confidentiality of patients' protected health information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); immediately reporting any suspected concerns and/or violations to a supervisor and/or the Compliance Department; and the timely completion the Annual Compliance Training.
Requirements
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES OR REGISTRY REQUIREMENTS
- ARRT, CNMT, RT(T), or other relevant clinical certification preferred.
- Leadership or healthcare management certification (ACHE, etc.) preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant years of experience) required; Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
- Experience in one or more of the following: Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, or Radiation Oncology preferred.
REQUIRED TRAVEL
- Occasional travel between clinical locations may be required, along with attendance at meetings as
- needed, which may include periodic out-of-state travel.
