The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Experience Change Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, leading the people side of technology transformation across our digital workplace environment. In this role, you'll drive change, communications, engagement and adoption initiatives that help employees embrace new ways of working and maximise the value of workplace technologies.
Working closely with technology, business and stakeholder groups, you'll translate complex technology changes into clear, engaging experiences that improve digital capability, productivity and employee experience. You'll play a key role in the successful adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform and future digital workplace initiatives, ensuring change is effectively embedded and benefits are realised across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of change management strategies, readiness plans and adoption activities for digital workplace initiatives.
- Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, adoption risks and business readiness to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Design and execute communication and engagement strategies, including executive communications, leadership messaging, intranet content and awareness campaigns.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, colleague-focused communications that build understanding and drive adoption.
- Develop and deliver adoption programs that increase confidence and effective use of workplace technologies.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to encourage participation, advocacy and sustained behavioural change.
- Analyse adoption, engagement and employee experience metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide insights, recommendations and progress updates to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and benefit realisation.
Must haves:
- Demonstrated experience leading change management, communications and engagement initiatives within a medium to large enterprise environment.
- Proven experience driving adoption of workplace technologies, digital tools, collaboration platforms or employee experience programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Experience developing communication plans, change impact assessments, readiness plans and adoption campaigns.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage feedback, sentiment and adoption insights to improve outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Organisational Change, Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, APMG or similar) highly regarded.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies, including Copilot, Teams and SharePoint, will be highly advantageous.
