About the team you are joining
We’re
looking for a highly organized and collaborative Assistant Manager, Marketing
to support marketing activities across key products and segments within IATA’s
Products & Services division. This role focuses on developing and
coordinating customer-focused marketing activities, messaging and marketing
assets that support awareness, engagement, pipeline growth and customer
retention.
Reporting
to a Manager, Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing Operations,
Digital Marketing, Sales and Product teams to translate marketing strategies
into effective campaigns and customer engagement activities. You will help
develop and maintain relevant, reusable marketing assets and ensure they are
effectively integrated across channels and customer journeys.
What your day would be like
- Support the execution of marketing activities for key products and segments within the Products & Services division.
- Develop and coordinate marketing assets including messaging, emails, landing pages, web content, social media, videos, presentations, guides and other campaign materials.
- Translate product value propositions and customer needs into clear, relevant and engaging marketing communications for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
- Coordinate recurring initiatives including newsletters, promotions, webinars, user forums, workshops, renewal campaigns and evergreen marketing programs.
- Work with Marketing Managers and Product teams to develop content plans aligned with marketing priorities, customer profiles and the central editorial calendar.
- Ensure marketing assets are developed using standardized approaches and can be reused across products, channels, segments and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing to ensure messaging and assets are effectively integrated into CRM journeys, automation programs and digital campaigns.
- Use customer insights and campaign performance data to identify opportunities to improve messaging, engagement and conversion.
- Support the development of customer profiles and personas by identifying customer interests, content engagement and opportunities to enrich the marketing database.
- Maintain campaign calendars, marketing assets and reporting inputs to ensure activities are delivered on time and aligned with priorities.
- Contribute to the use of AI and other tools to improve content development, personalization, efficiency and scalability.
- Support reporting on marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or marketing support roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience developing and coordinating marketing activities across multiple products, audiences and channels.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with marketing calendars, campaign planning and marketing assets.
Marketing & Analytical Skills
- Strong copywriting and marketing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products and concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Experience developing marketing assets across channels including email, web, social media, webinars and events.
- Understanding of customer journeys, personas, segmentation and full-funnel marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and marketing KPIs using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio or Google Analytics.
- Interest in AI and emerging marketing technologies and their application to content creation, personalization and marketing efficiency.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with Marketing, Product, Sales, Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing teams.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts and translate their knowledge into relevant and engaging customer-facing marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage competing requests and priorities.
- Comfortable working within standardized marketing frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve and simplify how work gets done.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong interest in creating measurable marketing impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
