Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the optimal operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role involves both preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Responsibilities:
* Strictly respect and apply SUVA rules, consignments/LOTO and work standards during any intervention.
* Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and 6S in maintenance areas and restore equipment after intervention.
* Carry out maintenance interventions on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automated equipment and vision/control systems.
* Methodically diagnose breakdowns, restore operation as soon as possible and secure the return to production.
*Contribute to the resolution of quality problems related to equipment and implement defined preventive and corrective actions.
* Carry out preventive and conditional maintenance according to the defined plan, identify drifts and report any anomaly requiring action.
* Rigorously fill in the intervention reports in DIMOmaint: symptoms, diagnosis, cause, actions taken, parts used and recommendations.
* Apply and respect instructions, standards, parameters and machine settings; propose their improvement based on feedback.
* Ensure a structured handover of instructions at the end of the shift: breakdowns in progress, risks, work to be continued and priorities.
* Maintain and develop your level of versatility in accordance with the skills matrix and actively participate in technical training.
* Participate in series changes and machine adjustments to ensure a compliant, fast and stable restart.

* Contribute to maintaining the standard cycle rate and time by identifying and dealing with technical drifts impacting OEE.
Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics) is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Strong understanding of PLC logic and controls is a significant advantage.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
* Experience with various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and occasionally lift heavy objects.
* Weekend Team — Working days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Day Shift: 05:00 - 17:00/ 17:00 - 05:00
* Week team- Working days: Monday to Friday (05:00 - 13h30 / 13:30 - 22:00)
