"Candidates must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located. You will:

1. Excel at in-store display planning: work closely with local market teams to design and produce compelling, effective in-store display solutions; carefully select high-quality local suppliers and build long-term strategic partnerships to ensure both exceptional quality and outstanding cost-effectiveness; and lead the production scheduling and progress tracking of display materials to ensure smooth delivery from design to store rollout.
2. Drive store performance improvement: design and optimize the core mechanisms of store visits (including SOPs, checklists, and reporting requirements) to make store management systematic and well-documented.
3. Build the promoter management system: identify and select high-quality promoter labor suppliers and build solid strategic cooperation to secure frontline staffing; lead the development and execution of promoter SOPs and product knowledge training to build a professional, efficient sales force; and establish and enforce mechanisms for monitoring and supervising daily promoter performance to ensure frontline execution quality.
4. Boost terminal sales: plan and drive innovative initiatives and combination plays that consistently ignite terminal sales, continuously exploring new growth paths."

"1. Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above; all majors welcome, with marketing, business administration, retail, and related fields preferred. 2. Fluent English for business communication. 3. Willing to accept global regional assignments. 4. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills. 5. Strong learning ability, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive, and responsible. 6. Good data sensitivity and logical thinking (relevant internship experience is a plus)."
