Responsibilities

Responsibilities Carry out service and repairs within the times specified in Xpeng's repair instructions and standards Experience with EV principles, structure and repair of electric cars Solid knowledge of both high and low current Extensive experience in analyzing and processing electronic fault codes, diagnostic data, etc. Support Xpeng's policy on FFV (Fixed at First Visit) to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction Accurately follow specifications for the use of tools during repairs Have a direct dialogue with customers regarding diagnostics, repairs and functionalities Act as a "Flying Doctor" when/if our service partner needs technical support Always comply with safety and environmental requirements Perform other tasks assigned by the workshop manager

Qualifications

Qualifications More than 3 years of experience from a luxury car brand or EV brand as a technician; preferably a diagnostic technician will be preferred Exceptional understanding of customer service, customer experience and customer satisfaction Valid Danish driver's license and excellent driving skills Education as an electric vehicle technician; HV specialist (level 3) Experienced user of the Office package Extensive experience with advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting work on electric/hybrid vehicles
