Mine Underground - Eng., GBC Grizzly & RB Construction & Repair

Organize and supervise the crews who work on shift to deliver Chute Construction projects within are of responsibility as per specification and schedule to meet GBC production goals.

Job Responsibility: 1. Monitor all activities and processes of Chute Construction projects in order to support the production target of GBC Mine including deciding the job priority according to superior direction.
2. Communicate the SHE Policies and Standards to be implemented in the effective manner and consistent with the GBC Mine Environment by ensuring the safety awareness and safe working practice to achieve the zero accidents.
3. Monitor all equipment and material used by checklist and ensure it is operated by skilled and certified persons in order to ensure there is no equipment broken or accident.
4. Supervise subordinates in doing other GBC facilities in Haulage area such as vent regulators man way and road paving to meet GBC Operation ore production goals.
5. Maintain communication with subordinates to achieve good relationship between subordinates and superior especially regarding man-hours matter and safety awareness.
6. Provide daily report to superior and next shift superior in order to inform superior the work performance and work status to next shift supervisor.
7. Provide recommendation to superior for any unsafe activity in new project in order to avoid and/or eliminate accident unsafe process and for further decision-making.
8. Evaluate the current system to identify and develop recommendation for improvement and development.
9. Build and maintain communication with relevant parties subjected to equipment material and labor in order to smooth the activity and support the project to complete according to the time frame and budget allocation.
10. Assist superior in providing mentoring coaching and skill/knowledge transfer service to subordinate in order to ensure the good performance of subordinate.

Minimum Education & Experience Civil/Mining Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experiences especially in underground construction project or Senior High Scholl with a minimum of 10 years proven applicable underground construction experience.
