- Provide professional product explanations, answer customer inquiries, and enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance growth.
- Maintain the store environment, ensure neat product displays, and create a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Handle daily store operations, including daily settlement, display management, and system operations.
- Address customer and team concerns, effectively manage complaints and feedback.
- Maintain company assets and ensure proper management of store equipment and inventory.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required.
- Basic English communication skills, meeting the following standard: TOEIC ≥ 470.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong administrative management skills with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
