At Chromalloy, we are looking for a talented CNC Programming Engineer to join our Engineering team in Mexicali, Baja California. If you are passionate about advanced manufacturing & repairs technologies, CNC programming, automation, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
✅ Develop and optimize CNC programs for a variety of manufacturing processes, including:
• CNC Milling & Grinding
• Laser Cutting & Drilling
• EDM Machining
• Water Jet Cutting
• Plasma Robotics
✅ Create and maintain CNC programming standards and training materials.
✅ Collaborate with site engineers and corporate subject matter experts to implement new technologies and manufacturing solutions.
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and Kaizen events.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
✔ Experience in CNC programming and manufacturing environments.
✔ Strong knowledge of:
• FANUC Controls
• Mastercam
• NX CAM or similar CNC programming software
• Manufacturing processes and automation technologies
✔ Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, 8D, or A3 problem-solving methodologies.
✔ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Experience using CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, or similar.
✔ Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel.
