Angular application support Engineer

Requirements.

Must have:

• Experience providing application support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Angular development and front-end enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including query development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong UI development skills with a focus on usability and user experience improvements.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs and web services.
• Experience monitoring application performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with ColdFusion applications and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting legacy applications while implementing modern enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
• Provide ongoing application support and assistance to end users to ensure optimal system performance.
• Develop and implement feature enhancements, upgrades, and application improvements based on business requirements.
• Design and develop UI enhancements using Angular.
• Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases and application integrations.
• Support and enhance existing ColdFusion applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external APIs.
