Position Overview:
As an Acumatica Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Acumatica ERP software for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Acumatica.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
Design and implement customized solutions using Acumatica to meet clients' needs
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to clients
Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Acumatica
Keep up-to-date with new Acumatica features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation
Document processes and procedures for future reference
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP software
Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
