Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Leadership

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs.
Manage inbound, outbound, inventory management, and value-added services activities.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Digitalization & Innovation

Identify and implement digital solutions to improve warehouse productivity, visibility, and accuracy.
Lead warehouse automation and technology projects, including WMS enhancements, dashboard development, robotics, RF solutions, and data analytics tools.
Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging process improvement ideas and testing new technologies.
Utilize data and operational insights to drive decision-making and business performance.

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across warehouse operations.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
Establish governance and auditing mechanisms to ensure process compliance and sustainability.
Drive operational excellence programs and knowledge-sharing across sites.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Present operational updates, project progress, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience.
Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data analytics, and operational technologies.
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
