Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with experience in ZoneBilling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netsuite implementation and support, with experience ZoneBilling module. As a Netsuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support for their Netsuite system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs

• Configure and customize Netsuite's ZoneBilling module to meet client requirements

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the successful implementation of the ZoneBilling module

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Netsuite systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Netsuite releases and updates, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery

• Participate in project planning and scoping activities, providing input on timelines, resource requirements, and risks

• Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Netsuite and ZoneBilling to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Netsuite implementation and support, with a focus on ZoneBilling

• Strong understanding of Netsuite's overall functionality and capabilities

• Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite's ZoneBilling module

• Familiarity with other Netsuite modules such as Financials, CRM, or Inventory Management is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Netsuite certification is a plus
