What You'll Do

As a Business Process Expert, you will:

• Help define and evolve the future-state Lead to Cash process.
• Design scalable, standardised processes that support Haleon's global operating model.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Digital teams to align business requirements and process design.
• Lead workshops and governance discussions to drive decisions and build alignment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance customer experience, efficiency and business performance.
• Support implementation, change adoption and business readiness activities.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement after go-live.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a collaborative and curious problem-solver who combines deep Lead to Cash expertise with a passion for improving how businesses operate at scale.

You'll bring:

• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service and/or Customer Supply Chain within a complex global organization, ideally in a Business to Consumer industry (FMCG or Consumer Healthcare preferred)

• Deep understanding of customer-facing Lead to Cash processes, including customer management, sales operations, order management, customer service and invoicing.

• Experience designing, improving or standardizing business processes.

• Exposure to large-scale transformation, ERP implementation, or operating model change programmes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP Order-to-Cash processes; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Experience with CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), TSM, and/or other customer management platforms.

• Analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and translate insights into practical business improvements.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across global and matrixed environments.

PLN 300,660.00 - PLN 413,407.50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
