Within the Client Integration Team we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Client Migration Team to take on this challenging client facing role. Your focus will be supporting clients on their business migrations as dedicated Client Migration Coordinator.
Your role
As Client Migration Coordinator, you will :
- ensure client readiness to migrate portfolio into the Core Euroclear platform
- coordinate and facilitate migrations of Client assets on the Core platform (migrations in, out and internal)
- act as central liaison both internally and with the clients during the whole migration process
- be responsible for the final migration planning and the follow-up until overall migration delivery
- ad hoc perform eligibility checks, continuous improvements and support on project related items like French and Belgian fixed income settlement service, paying agent service, T2 pre-funding,...
Your key objectives will be to :
- understand your client's business and migration requirements and answer them in the best possible manner
- build and keep up-to-date a migration plan listing all actions required to ensure a smooth migration (connectivity set-up, account creation, training needs, testing…)
- set-up and chair regular conference calls with client / account manager throughout the migration process
- coordinate and follow-up internally with different operational teams in Euroclear Bank (Tax, Corporate Actions, New Issues, Network) or within the Commercial division itself (AM/SRM, Client data team, …)
- perform complete portfolio analysis and identify points of attention (tax impacts, securities not accepted….)
- raise awareness within the organisation (operations) of any client migration and ensure operational readiness prior to migration
- handle written and phone inquiries from your clients ensuring same day turnaround
- identify and escalate any issues which may put the migration at risk
- actively contribute to the problem solving whenever issues occur
- ensure proper handover to AM/RM contact for your client after the migration
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Good knowledge of Euroclear products
- At least 2 years of experience within Euroclear Bank; Settlement knowledge is an asset
- A client-focused mindset (previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (any additional language is an asset)
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
