We’ll look to you for:

• Manage and support the Project Management team, including task delegation, project allocation and supervision on ongoing projects
• Lead construction board meetings and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives
• Conduct regular project reviews, monitor performance, and prepare status reports for senior management
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage and continuously improve project governance processes, actively contributing to product and process change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and best practices across all projects.

• Proven experience delivering or managing projects within the railway, rail infrastructure, rolling stock, or transportation sectors is highly desirable
• A minimum of 2 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members. Experience does not necessarily need to be within a Project Management environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with MS Project is considered an advantage
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel as required
• Fluency in Polish is a must, English – min. B1
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment
• Strong change management mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
