Senior Data Center & Microsoft 365 Engineer

The Senior Data Center & Microsoft 365 Engineer will be engaged as a dedicated project resource to support implementation, remediation, documentation, and knowledge transfer across enterprise data center, Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint-management platforms. The resource will implement approved technical requirements while maintaining service availability and producing complete operational documentation.

Scope of Work

The resource will support implementation, configuration, remediation, and operational activities related to Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and endpoint-management services.

Requirements

• Windows Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, troubleshooting, and enterprise operational support.

• Microsoft 365: Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, user and license administration, device enrollment, endpoint configuration, and Microsoft 365 service management.

• Data Center Operations: Experience supporting enterprise data center infrastructure, server platforms, virtualization environments, system availability, capacity monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

• Service Delivery: Ability to prepare technical implementation plans, perform changes, conduct validation testing, define rollback procedures, track issues, prepare documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant enterprise infrastructure experience involving hands-on project implementation, Level 3 troubleshooting, and production support responsibilities.

• Demonstrated experience across data center infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity and access administration, endpoint management, Windows Server, and Active Directory Domain Services.

• Practical experience implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services.
