Job Requirement:
- Manage tee time and control the starting order of players
- Ensure proper pace of play throughout the golf course
- Enforce golf course rules, etiquette and safety standards
- Assist golfers with directions, course information and general inquiries
- Coordinate with the Pro shop and Operations team
- Monitor course conditions and report and issues
- Handle golfer concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain a professionally appearance and friendly attitude at all times
- Present the golf club positively and professionally
