สรุปงานโดยย่อ:

ให้บริการและบริหารจัดการความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคลแก่ลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืนและบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า

ความรับผิดชอบ:

* ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น เงินฝาก, กองทุนรวม, ประกันชีวิต, และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการและความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า พัฒนาความเข้าใจในความต้องการทางการเงินส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง
* วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ทางการเงินของลูกค้า ประเมินความเสี่ยง และจัดทำแผนการลงทุนที่เหมาะสม
* ติดตามผลการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และให้คำแนะนำในการปรับแผนการลงทุนตามสภาวะตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
* เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติ:

* ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการเงิน, เศรษฐศาสตร์, การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการธนาคารส่วนบุคคล, การบริหารความมั่งคั่ง หรือการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตผู้ติดต่อกับผู้ลงทุน (IP License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
* มีความกระตือรือร้น ซื่อสัตย์ และมีจรรยาบรรณในการทำงานสูง
