Demand Planning Specialist / Executive

We're looking for a Demand Planning Specialist / Executive to join the team in Istanbul!

What You'll Be Doing?

• Provide customer availability via ensuring the right stock is in the right place, at the right time, to demand requirements and monitoring the stock levels.
• Analyze dark store and central warehouse stock levels end-to-end to take proactive actions with supply planning teams against stock-outs or idle inventory.
• Quickly execute and optimize the necessary supply chain process, A to Z.
• Resolve potential supply chain bottlenecks and track dark store shipments by working closely with operations and logistics teams.
• Track and validate system-generated forecasts using historical data, while monitoring and reporting on deviations (e.g., campaign effects, market trends, socio/economical/weather changes etc.).
• Generate daily orders based on SKU and location-level forecasts within dark store capacities by analyzing seasonality, trends, and growth targets.
• Improve replenishment processes by continuously optimizing ordering algorithms based on optimal dark store needs.
• Keep up-to-date all related master data.
• Report, analyze and deliver KPI ́s, such as availability, stock cover etc.
• Contribute to growing Getir business via supply chain process & system improvements in order to deliver excellence in service, inventory & savings.

What You'll Bring?

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience for specialist candidates
• Minimum of 3 years experience for executive candidates
• Retail planning operations such as order management, forecasting, fulfillment, waste and loss analysis capability is a must.
• Bachelors degree (preferably in an Engineering field)
• A track record of achievement. We are looking for talented and hard working team member who have that real get up and go spirit
• Extreme willingness to learn, relearn, and learn again
• Communication skills. A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude. We don't have a hierarchical or slow-paced process driven culture. Energy and sharp minds are welcome
• Excellent Excel skills & willingness to master the spreadsheet
• Forecasting tools such as Relex, Slimstock, Solvoyo, Rnv knowledge is a plus.
• Programming languages especially Python and BI tools know how is a plus
