Job Purpose:

We are actively looking for skilled and passionate Beauty Kiosk Assistant who will work closely with current team in place.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide professional beauty and product advice
• Promote, demonstrate, and sell beauty products while achieving sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain product displays, testers, price labels, and overall kiosk presentation
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Process sales transactions, reconcile cash/POS payments, and follow company procedures
• Support promotional activities, events, and product launches
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively

Job Requirements:
• Minimum an HSC holder
• Certificate or Diploma in cosmetics or make-up would be an advantage
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skills
• Ability to work on shift system and during weekends
