Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Vice President / Division Leader – Low Voltage to lead and grow a significant low-voltage operation in the Seattle market.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished construction professional with experience building teams, managing operations, developing client relationships, and driving profitable growth within low-voltage, technology, or specialty systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the low-voltage division.
- Lead operational, financial, and growth initiatives across the business unit.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, revenue, and profitability.
- Oversee project execution and ensure consistent performance across safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project executives, project managers, field leadership, and support teams.
- Maintain accountability for budgeting, forecasting, backlog, margins, and overall division performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, general contractors, developers, and industry partners.
- Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams on major pursuits and strategic opportunities.
- Evaluate staffing needs and build the organizational structure necessary to support continued growth.
- Establish operational standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the division.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience within low-voltage, technology systems, electrical construction, or a closely related specialty contracting environment.
- Proven experience leading a business unit, division, regional operation, or significant portfolio of projects.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, project financials, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Experience with large commercial, mission-critical, data center, healthcare, or other complex projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong visibility into operational performance.
