Summary
Prepare, sort, and distribute by mail, drinking water compliance violation letters. Duties include collecting printed violation letters from compliance staff, reviewing, sorting and placing into envelopes for mailing. In addition to mailing paper copies, other duties include collecting digital copies of the violation letters and sorting them by county to email to state health officials and district office staff. Maintain a physical and electronic filing system to ensure that all reports, technical data, and other correspondence are properly filed on the office server. Review all documentation produced by staff for clerical errors and formatting problems and notify staff of necessary corrections. Collect other documentation produced by compliance and enforcement staff, including sampling reminders, violation rescind responses and mailing to water systems. Scan and electronically file and maintain a physical and electronic filling system to ensure that all reports, technical data, and other correspondence are properly filed on the office server. Process Administrative Order (AO) paperwork by reviewing clerical errors and formatting problems, obtaining office director signature, electronically scanning and filing, and mailing AO water system and appropriate state health officials. Review all documentation produced by staff for clerical errors and formatting problems and notify staff of necessary corrections. Utilize state drinking water database to generate and review technical reports and evaluate analytical data to assist compliance and enforcement staff with health-based violation priorities.

Qualifications
Training: High school diploma or the equivalent.
AND
Experience: Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in paraprofessional or clerical office support work related to the specialty area.
OR
Substitution: Any combination of experience as described above and successful completion of coursework from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience at a rate of thirty (30) semester hours for every one (1) year of the required experience.
