TTS US Warehouse Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation)

About the Team
The TikTok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a high-quality and scalable fulfillment network to support the continued growth of TikTok Shop in the U.S. Our team works closely with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and cross-functional partners to continuously improve operational performance, capacity, quality, cost, and customer experience.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.
• Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions.
• Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify operational bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency.
• Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL partners, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
• Support the development and standardization of operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on-site for at least 4 full working days per week; 5 days preferred.
• Able to commit to an internship period of no less than 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with inbound, inventory, outbound, capacity planning, or warehouse performance metrics.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience developing SOPs, operational reports, or process documentation.
