Summary
Reception Manager is accountable for guiding the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring that operational and strategic objectives are achieved in line with Al Mansour Automotive standards.
Tasks
- Act as first-line supervisor of a customer service team; play a key role in achieving productivity and turnaround targets; handle the most complex and valuable customer issues.
- Aggregate customer issues, identify common patterns, and contribute to developing strategic responses.
- Maintain deep understanding of organizational policies and regulatory codes; ensure adherence, identify non-compliance patterns within the team, and escalate or resolve issues appropriately.
- Enter gathered customer information into CRM systems; ensure team members maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data and resolve data issues.
- Communicate the local action plan, clarify expectations, and motivate the team to achieve business goals while aligning with organizational strategy.
- Contribute to preparing data and analytics reports supporting business decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional management or technical certifications are an advantage.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
