With the resources of a large company, and the energy of a software start-up, we have fun together while creating a world class software portfolio. Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with development, operations, architecture, and product teams to help secure our products, services, and infrastructure. You will identify and mitigate security risks, perform security assessments and penetration testing, support vulnerability management and compliance activities, and drive security improvements across cloud and on-premises environments. You'll combine strong technical cybersecurity expertise with a proactive mindset to help teams build and operate secure, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the cybersecurity focal point for assigned products and development teams, providing guidance on security requirements, risks, and best practices

• Perform security assessments, threat modeling, risk evaluations, and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate security risks early in the development lifecycle

• Conduct and coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security validation exercises across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud environments

• Drive remediation activities by working closely with development and operations teams to address security findings and reduce organizational risk

• Support Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) implementation and DevSecOps practices, including security testing and security-by-design principles

• Monitor and manage security vulnerabilities, support compliance activities for cybersecurity standards, and participate in security incident investigations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, application security, DevSecOps, or related security discipline

• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment across web applications, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments

• Demonstrated experience identifying, validating, and remediating security vulnerabilities using industry-standard security tools and methodologies

• Solid understanding of secure software development practices, SSDLC, OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, and secure coding principles

• Knowledge of cloud security concepts and platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred:

• Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH, Security+, AWS Security Specialty, or CKS

• Experience with application security testing technologies (SAST, DAST, dependency analysis, container security scanning)

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IEC 62443, or similar)

• Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Go, or Bash for developing security tools and automating security processes
