职位描述

1. Spare Parts Demand Planning and Forecasting: Based on historical data, product lifecycle, and market feedback, develop monthly/quarterly spare parts demand forecasting plans and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure spare parts supply.
2. Inventory Operations Management: Monitor spare parts inventory levels at warehouses and service stations nationwide, regularly generate inventory health reports (turnover rate, stockout rate, obsolete percentage), and promote the consumption of obsolete spare parts and the disposal of defective products; dynamically optimize safety stock strategies to balance supply timeliness and inventory holding costs.
3. Data Monitoring and System Operation: Operate the spare parts management information system, maintaining the accuracy of spare parts master data and inventory data; regularly generate weekly/monthly spare parts operation reports, track key indicators (on-time delivery rate, order fulfillment rate, inventory age distribution), identify data anomalies, and drive resolution.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with after-sales service outlets, quality, product, finance, and other departments to resolve unexpected issues in spare parts supply; support the capacity requirements of repair services across various channels, ensuring efficient collaboration between spare parts supply and repair services.

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong self-motivation;
3. Proficiency in German or English as a working language is preferred;
4. Proficient in using Office software, with strong data sensitivity;
