As an AI Engineer, you will develop and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that solve real business challenges. Working alongside experienced consultants, data scientists, and AI engineers, you will build production-ready AI solutions while continuously expanding your technical expertise in Generative AI, cloud technologies, and AI engineering. This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland.

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 20 000 to PLN 23 000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:

• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and further modern AI frameworks.
• Develop and implement AI applications using standard AI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise tools while contributing to production-ready solutions.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, and modern AI services.
• Apply standard MLOps practices, including testing, deployment, monitoring, version control and model evaluation.
• Apply Responsible AI principles, testing standards, and AI evaluation techniques to ensure reliable and secure AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions while supporting the implementation of commercial AI use cases.
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, data engineers, and clients to solve complex business challenges.
• Continuously expand your expertise in AI engineering frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise AI while actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Your profile:

• You have 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable discipline.
• You have a solid understanding of commercial topics such as pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience and can apply this knowledge to AI-enabled solutions.
• You have hands-on experience with Python and experience building AI-powered applications.
• You have practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks.
• You have experience using APIs, cloud technologies, containers, and enterprise AI tools.
• You have knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• You understand modern AI engineering concepts, including testing, deployment, monitoring and Responsible AI principles.
• You have a solid understanding of business processes and enjoy translating business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• You communicate clearly in English (C1+) and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• You are curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously develop your technical and consulting capabilities.
