Client Testing Coordinator

Within the Client Integration Team we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Client Testing Team to take on this challenging client facing role. Your focus will be supporting clients on their testing with Euroclear communication platforms as dedicated Client testing coordinator.

Your Role:

As Client Testing Coordinator, you will

• coordinate and facilitate client testing requests related to clients Euroclear Bank Core activity
• act as central liaison with internal and external clients during the whole testing process
• coordinate the client connectivity, the client account set-up, the elaboration of the testing scenario until the successful completion of the Participant Acceptance Testing (PAT)

Your key objectives will be to

• understand your client's testing needs and answer them in the best possible manner
• build a consistent testing scenario listing all actions required to ensure a smooth testing phase (connectivity set-up, account creation, timing, explanations, …)
• join conference calls with clients and account manager throughout the testing phase
• coordinate and follow-up with a multiple of internal stakeholders both on Euroclear Bank and ESES side, CCP’s or any other potential external party as owner of the testing process linked to client or Project testing needs.
• handle written and phone queries from our clients testing
• identify and escalate any issues which may put our clients testing at risk

As Client Testing Coordinator, you like to deepen your knowledge on SWIFT ISO compliance and provide support on or validate SWIFT linked questions.

Joining the team comes along with the engagement in supporting Client Migrations.

As polyvalent team member you will be coached to :

• coordinate and facilitate migrations of Client assets on the Core platform (migrations in, out and internal)
• act as central liaison both internally and with the clients during the whole migration process
• be responsible for the final migration planning and the follow-up until overall migration delivery
• ad hoc perform eligibility checks, continuous improvements and support on project related items like, paying agent service, T2 pre-funding

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Good knowledge of Euroclear core services, particularly Settlement and/or Corporate Actions
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within Euroclear Bank
• A client-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Risk awareness
• Team spirit and a collaborative approach
• A proactive attitude
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 (an asset)
