1.Lead community growth and engagement strategies for developers in North America and globally, building and nurturing a strong developer network. 2.Plan and execute online/offline technical events (e.g., workshops, hackathons, industry conferences) to enhance the brand’s technical influence. 3.Establish and manage feedback channels for developers across North America and other regions, driving product optimization and localization. 4.Identify key developer pain points and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that support commercialization. 5.Manage and grow technical channels such as blogs, GitHub, and Discord to boost developer activity and retention.
职位要求
1.Educational background in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. 2.Native-level English proficiency with the ability to translate technical documents between English and Chinese. 3.Prior hands-on experience in North American AI communities (e.g., open-source contributions, community organizing, technical speaking) is preferred. 4.Passion for generative AI products, strong self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting.
