Equipment Maintenance Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• 1. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting / Bảo Trì và Khắc Phục Sự Cố Thiết Bị
• EN:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect, adjust, align, lubricate, and replace mechanical components as required.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, pneumatic systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur.

• Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo trì sửa chữa đối với thiết bị sản xuất và hệ thống cơ khí.
• Chẩn đoán và khắc phục các sự cố cơ khí nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy.
• Kiểm tra, căn chỉnh, bôi trơn và thay thế các linh kiện cơ khí khi cần thiết.
• Bảo trì băng tải, bơm, hộp số, vòng bi, máy nén khí, hệ thống khí nén và các thiết bị cơ khí khác.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ thiết bị nhằm phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ hư hỏng.
• 1. Installation and Equipment Support / Lắp Đặt và Hỗ Trợ Thiết Bị
• EN:
• Support machine installation, relocation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Assist engineers in equipment modifications and improvement projects.
• Perform equipment assembly and mechanical adjustments according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Support contractors and vendors during maintenance and project activities.
• VI:
• Hỗ trợ lắp đặt, di dời, chạy thử và đưa máy móc vào vận hành.
• Hỗ trợ kỹ sư thực hiện các dự án cải tiến và nâng cấp thiết bị.
• Thực hiện lắp ráp và điều chỉnh thiết bị theo bản vẽ kỹ thuật và yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
• Hỗ trợ nhà thầu và nhà cung cấp trong quá trình bảo trì hoặc triển khai dự án.
• 1. Documentation and Spare Parts Management / Hồ Sơ và Quản Lý Vật Tư
• EN:
• Record maintenance activities and complete work orders accurately.
• Assist in updating maintenance procedures and equipment records.
• Monitor mechanical spare parts inventory and request replenishment when necessary.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• VI:
• Ghi nhận đầy đủ các hoạt động bảo trì và hoàn thành phiếu công việc chính xác.
• Hỗ trợ cập nhật hồ sơ thiết bị và quy trình bảo trì.
• Theo dõi tồn kho vật tư cơ khí và đề xuất bổ sung khi cần thiết.
• Bảo quản dụng cụ và thiết bị bảo trì trong tình trạng hoạt động tốt.
• 1. Continuous Improvement and Safety / Cải Tiến Liên Tục và An Toàn
• EN:
• Support TPM, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Follow 6S standards and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• VI:
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động TPM, bảo trì phòng ngừa và cải tiến liên tục.
• Tham gia phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và thực hiện các hành động khắc phục.
• Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn 6S và duy trì khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.
• Đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao độ tin cậy của thiết bị và hiệu quả bảo trì.

Education & Experience

• EN:
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, power transmission equipment, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and precision measuring instruments.
• VI:
• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc chứng chỉ nghề chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Bảo trì công nghiệp, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì cơ khí trong môi trường sản xuất.
• Có kiến thức về hệ thống cơ khí, truyền động, vòng bi, hộp số, bơm và hệ thống khí nén.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ cơ khí và tài liệu kỹ thuật.
• Thành thạo sử dụng dụng cụ bảo trì và các thiết bị đo kiểm cơ khí.

Working Conditions

• EN:
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and maintenance activities.
• May be required to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or emergency maintenance schedules.
• VI:
• Làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất với máy móc công nghiệp, tiếng ồn và các hoạt động bảo trì.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca, tăng ca hoặc hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố ngoài giờ khi cần thiết.
