About the opportunity

We are now looking for an IVC Developer Verification Engineer to join our radio product development team, supporting the development and verification of Massive MIMO, remote radio and 5G NR products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a Lean and Agile environment, contributing to high-quality radio performance verification and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to apply your RF expertise, strengthen end-to-end verification capability and help deliver reliable Ericsson products that create value for our customers.

What you will do

· Drive radio performance verification activities to secure product quality across key radio platforms.

· Perform RF and radio performance testing for Massive MIMO, remote radio and 5G NR products.

· Develop, set up and maintain effective test environments and verification tools for radio products.

· Plan, execute and follow up verification activities with focus on quality, efficiency and timely delivery.

· Conduct passive and active antenna OTA verification, including measurement setup, execution and result validation.

· Analyze test results, troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective problem resolution.

The skills you bring

· Master’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Solid RF knowledge and hands-on experience in RF performance measurement, including use of common instruments such as SA, SG and NWA.

· Good understanding of wireless communication technologies, including MIMO, beamforming, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS, LTE and NR.

· Experience with antenna testing, anechoic chambers, OTA verification or RF system verification is preferred.

· Knowledge of radio performance qualification methods, related hardware and software tools, and standards such as ETSI and 3GPP specifications is a plus.

· Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

· A strong quality mindset, accountability and delivery focus, with commitment to continuous efficiency improvement.

· Collaboration skills, integrity, perseverance and positive energy, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
