• 负责刮刀上机前的检查、纸机刮刀的更换、引纸换卷作业、点胶作业，保证生产的顺畅，并做好刮刀使用状况的班组交接工作，保证刮刀的正常供应；
• 负责对责任区设备、环境的点检、维护、清洁，监测和维护设备运行状况，杜绝岗位纸粉累积，对所操作设备做到应知应会；熟悉并了解岗位安全问题、通过改善提案、问题反馈、约束自身安全行为；确保自身及设备安全；
• 通过把纸机上原纸吊离、纸芯装入，保证纸机作业顺畅，负责残卷的割除，保证纸芯的循环使用和损纸的正常处理；
• 通过协助纸机领班、DCS，做好纸机生产和维护工作；
• 通过对换网毯以及设备保养的配合工作，保障换网毯及设备保养工作顺利进行；
• 通过执行领班指派的其它工作，保证纸机正常生产。
