Material Planner

核心工作内容 Principal Activities

1.Cooperate with Master Planner and Production Scheduler to sort independent and dependent demand, prepare daily/weekly/monthly procurement plan for pump castings, machined parts, fasteners, hardware and MRO spare parts, balance purchase lot size, delivery cycle and inventory turnover.

配合主计划、生产调度梳理独立需求与相关需求，统筹泵铸件、机加工件、紧固件、五金件、维保备件，编制日 / 周 / 月物料采购计划，平衡采购批量、交付周期与库存周转。

2.Track material kitting status of each production order daily, identify material shortage in advance, push suppliers to expedite delivery to avoid production line shutdown.

每日跟进各生产工单物料齐套状态，提前排查缺料，督促供应商加急送货，规避产线缺料停工。

3.Monitor and count supplier OTD rate daily, record root causes of delayed delivery, coordinate with Sourcing Engineer and suppliers to implement improvement plans.

每日跟踪统计供应商交货及时率，记录延期交付根本原因，联动采购工程师与供应商制定落地改善方案。

4.Regularly check raw material & semi-finished goods inventory level, compile and release periodic inventory reports, make special disposal plans for slow-moving & overstock materials; complete monthly slow-moving stock counting; coordinate inter-company transfer, internal resale and reuse of slow-moving materials within group, push digestion, return and discount disposal.

定期核查原材料、半成品库存水位，编制并定期发布库存分析报告，针对呆滞、超储物料制定专项呆滞库存处理计划；每月完成呆滞库存盘点统计；协调集团各分子公司呆滞物料调拨、内部转售、置换利用，统筹推进呆滞物料消化、退换、折价处置。

5.Track customer order changes, calculate material backlog, idle stock, scrap and extra cost losses resulted from order adjustment, analyze impacted materials separately and formulate plans including consumption, rework, return and cross-factory transfer to reduce capital & inventory loss.

跟进客户订单变更业务，全面统计订单变更引发的物料积压、闲置、报废及额外成本损失，针对变更涉及物料开展专项分析，制定物料消耗、改制、退货、调拨等处理计划，降低订单变更带来的库存与资金损失。

6.Attend weekly cross-functional S&OP meeting, sort out supply bottlenecks and feedback material shortage, inventory abnormality and order change risks to production, sales and sourcing teams.

每周参加产销协同跨部门协调会议，梳理供应瓶颈，向生产、销售、采购同步缺料、库存异常、订单变更物料风险等信息。

7.Lead weekly material & supply performance review meeting, summarize issues including supplier delivery performance, material shortage, inventory abnormality, inter-company slow-moving material circulation and material loss from order changes, track all improvement items until full closure.

牵头组织每周物料供应绩效评估会议，汇总供应商交付、物料缺料、库存异常、跨公司呆滞物料流转、客户订单变更物料损耗等问题，全程跟踪改善事项直至闭环。

8.Compile monthly material supply fulfillment analysis report covering demand matching rate, material arrival rate, inventory turnover, slow-moving inventory ratio, inter-company slow-moving consumption amount, material loss from order changes and supplier delivery performance, submit to supply chain supervisor and propose optimization suggestions.

编制月度物料供应达成分析报表，覆盖需求匹配率、物料到货率、库存周转、呆滞库存占比、跨公司呆滞物料消耗金额、订单变更物料损失、供应商交付表现，上报供应链主管并输出优化改善建议。

9.Proactively identify potential supply risks such as insufficient supplier capacity, material price fluctuation and long lead time, issue early risk warning and work with sourcing team to develop alternative supply contingency plans.

主动识别供应商产能不足、物料价格波动、采购周期过长等潜在供应风险，提前发布风险预警，协同采购团队制定备选供货预案。

10.Skilled in SAP system operation, maintain SAP master data, BOM, planning parameters, safety stock and purchasing info records; proficient in MM & PP modules, timely update demand, receiving, inventory and production order data to guarantee data accuracy; independently complete MRP run, inventory adjustment and resolve planning exceptions.

熟练操作 SAP 系统，维护 SAP 物料主数据、BOM、计划参数、安全库存、采购信息记录等基础数据，精通 MM 物料管理、PP 生产计划模块操作，及时更新需求、入库、库存、生产订单数据，保证系统数据真实准确，独立处理 MRP 运算、库存调整、计划异常等系统业务。

11.Collaborate with Sourcing Engineer, Production, Quality, Warehouse, planners of other group factories and Sales to solve problems including material supply, incoming quality, inventory abnormality, inter-factory material transfer, order change material disposal and SAP planning errors.

对接采购工程师、生产、质量、仓储、集团其他工厂计划岗、销售等部门 / 岗位，协同解决物料供应、来料质量、库存异常、跨厂区物料调拨、客户订单变更物料处置、SAP 系统计划报错等各类现场问题。

生产开工物料齐套率、供应商交货及时率、月度呆滞库存消减金额（含跨公司调拨消耗）、库存周转天数、缺料停线时长、月度物料供应达成率、风险预警及时率、SAP 系统数据准确率、库存报告按时发布率、订单变更物料损耗下降率

二、基本任职要求 Qualifications Required

1. 学历与工作经验 Education & Experience

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management; Minimum 5 years working experience in material planning, production planning or procurement planning within pump & machinery manufacturing industry; Familiar with full workflow of master planning and production scheduling; Candidates with experience in group multi-factory slow-moving material coordination and order change material control are preferred.

本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程、物流供应链管理相关专业；5 年及以上泵业、机械设备制造行业物料计划、生产计划或采购计划工作经验；熟悉主计划、生产调度全流程业务，有集团多工厂呆滞物料统筹、订单变更物料管控经验优先。

1. 专业能力 Professional Skills

1.Master demand forecasting and MRP logic, capable of independently completing full set of material procurement plan preparation.

熟练掌握需求预测、MRP 物料计划逻辑，能够独立完成全套物料采购计划编制。

2.Skilled in SAP system, proficient in MM Material Management and PP Production Planning modules; able to independently execute MRP run, planning adjustment, inventory control, PR creation and production order material management; troubleshoot SAP planning errors by self.

熟练使用 SAP 系统，精通 MM 物料管理、PP 生产计划两大核心模块，可独立完成 MRP 运行、计划调整、库存管理、采购申请下达、生产订单物料管控等全流程操作，能自主排查并解决 SAP 计划类报错。

3.Strong data analysis capability, proficient in Excel (PivotTable, lookup & logical functions); independently prepare periodic inventory reports, slow-moving inventory disposal plans, cost analysis reports for customer order changes; able to make performance PPT reports.

具备较强数据统计分析能力，精通 Excel（数据透视表、各类函数），可独立定期输出库存报告、呆滞库存处理方案、客户订单变更物料成本分析报告，熟练使用 PPT 制作各类绩效分析报表。

4.Familiar with material characteristics and standard lead time of pump castings, machined parts, standard fasteners and MRO spare parts.

熟悉泵铸件、机加工件、标准紧固件、维保备件物料特性及常规采购周期。

5.Excellent cross-department & cross-factory communication, meeting organization and issue closed-loop tracking ability; capable of coordinating slow-moving material activation across multiple subsidiaries and controlling material risks from order changes.

优秀跨部门、跨厂区沟通协调、会议组织、问题跟踪闭环能力，具备统筹协调多家公司呆滞物料盘活处置、订单变更物料风险管控能力。

6.Independently identify supply & inventory risks and deliver actionable improvement plans and inventory disposal schemes.

可自主识别供应、库存风险，并输出可落地的改善方案与库存处置计划。

Fluent oral & written Mandarin; Basic written & conversational English to communicate with global suppliers and overseas teams.

普通话读写流利；具备基础英文读写、口语沟通能力，可对接海外供应商及境外团队。

Based in Weihai, China; Domestic business travel less than 10%, for supplier site audit, cross-factory coordination and group slow-moving stock on-site counting.
