Description

· Responsible for resources allocation, loading and levelling as applicable.

· Coordination with project manager for projects strategic targets.

· To assist project team in defining project subcontracting plan with highlighting subcontractor’s targets and milestones.

· Responsible for identifying project schedule critical path(s)

· Supervise preparation of project progress reports/presentation to assure the transfer of the actual situation with highlighting project risks to different stakeholders.

· Coordinating with different project disciplines to assure the validity of project schedules and awareness of risks.

· Approve, Monitor, analyze and study subcontractors’ baseline and updated schedules and its impact on the project master baseline schedule.

· Responsible to settle subcontractor’s performance indicators and highlight for performance deviations.

· To prepare delay analysis and projects time claims resolution.

· To participate and provide support for project cash flow & invoicing.

• Years of experience:

3-5 years

• Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree

• Professional Certificates:

• Language proficiency:

Intermediate at English

• Computer skills:

Primavera P6.8 Basics/Advanced Level, Microsoft Excel.
