Workshop Manager

Summary

Workshop Manager manages and coordinates workshop activities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance in line with Al Mansour Automotive standards.

Tasks

• Inspect engineering works/vehicles; identify issues; recommend remedial work.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and quality codes; address non-compliance.
• Communicate action plans, link team activities to strategy, and motivate team members.
• Provide operational support; act as first-line supervisor in transactional operations.
• Monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion; support appraisals.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional management or technical certifications are an advantage.

Experience

5 to 7 years of experience, including team coordination or people management responsibilities.
