Company Description

About Revaia

Revaia is a European growth equity fund with €600M under management. We do growth and growth buyout transactions in European tech, backing companies from Series B through to IPO or buyout.

We closed our second fund at €250M in 2025, backed by institutional investors including Bpifrance, the European Investment Fund, BNP Paribas Cardif and JPMorganChase. We operate from Paris, London and Berlin, with a presence in North America.

Our portfolio includes Aircall, Algolia, Coralogix, Deepki, Frontify, Hublo, Mews, Planity and Welcome to the Jungle. Companies in our first fund have grown 4x on average since we invested.

We are a young, complementary and diverse team with entrepreneurial and private equity backgrounds, and we back founders building the companies that make the transition to a sustainable economy possible.

Job Description

You will help run the finances of a €600M growth equity fund — closing the quarter, reporting to our LPs, and building the tooling that makes both faster.

You will see how a €600M vehicle is actually run — how the quarter gets closed, how positions are valued, how cash is planned across the portfolio and the fund, how KPIs roll up from the portfolio into one investor report, and how institutional LPs are reported to. This is the side of the industry most people in finance do not see until they are well into their thirties, and it is the side that travels: fund finance, a fund CFO track, corporate finance, or a deal seat later on with an unusual understanding of what happens after a deal closes.

What you will actually do?

Fund finance and reporting — Support the quarterly close and Revaia's financial processes across accounting, controlling and cash-flow planning, working with the CFO/Senior Fund controller and our external accountants and auditors. You will be in direct contact with our banks, auditors and lawyers — as a real interlocutor, not as a mailbox.

Portfolio and investor reporting — Maintain consistent KPI reporting across our portfolio companies, feed the quarterly investor report, and produce material for the fundraising team's conversations with current and prospective LPs.

Automation — Our processes have grown faster than our tooling. If you enjoy Excel and are curious about scripting or no-code, you will own concrete automation projects end to end.

ESG — Work with the ESG team to deliver operational support to the C-levels of our portfolio companies and to build actionable content such as our annual ESG Benchmark.

You will report directly to the CFO and the Senior Fund Controller, with direct access to the partners.

Qualifications

  • M2, gap year or final-year student, able to sign a 6-month internship agreement (convention de stage)
  • At least one prior internship in a financial environment — audit, transaction services, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or the finance team of a startup
  • Excel — you can build a model from a blank sheet, not only maintain someone else's
  • French and English, both fluent — you will use both every day, with French counterparties and international LPs
  • Rigour — our numbers go to institutional investors. A wrong figure is a real problem, so care matters more than speed
  • Ownership — you will be given real responsibility early, and you will need to chase an answer rather than wait for one
